About the Role
ThinkFuel is looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to support the execution of HubSpot software onboardings for our clients. The perfect candidate will have experience in CRM implementation and a marketing software background. You will have the opportunity to help clients put their HubSpot investment to work through business process analysis, strategy, training, coaching, and software configuration. This role will focus on the HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub software's successful deployment while advising them on the best way to craft strategy and execute within the system.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Serve as the main point of contact, acting as an Account Manager, for around 8-10 clients (at a time) to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot software.
- Engage in discovery sessions with clients to understand their business, their processes and provide strategic guidance on how to replicate/improve through HubSpot within the framework of our onboarding process.
- Facilitate regular strategic calls with clients to drive product adoption
- Ensure clients complete their required deliverables in a timely manner
- Train and educate clients on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools
- Begin to strategize and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your clients
- Improve and scale the HubSpot software setup process
- Provide post-onboarding support and assistance.
