About the Role
ThinkFuel is hiring a CRM Implementation Specialist focused on HubSpot to lead our clients through seamless onboarding, setup, and optimization of their platform. This role goes beyond software configuration — you'll help businesses unlock real value from their investment by aligning HubSpot’s tools with their marketing, sales, and service processes.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for 10–12 clients at a time, guiding them through discovery, implementation, training, and adoption. From process design to workflow automation and hands-on training, you’ll play a key role in helping clients streamline operations and scale their growth.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Lead onboarding projects from start to finish across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Run virtual discovery sessions to understand each client’s goals, processes, and tech stack.
- Configure and customize HubSpot, including workflows, pipelines, properties, integrations, and automations.
- Train and coach clients through live virtual sessions, sharing best practices and practical know-how.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping timelines, tasks, and communication on track.
- Support adoption and growth, offering strategic advice and troubleshooting along the way.
- Continuously improve our onboarding process by sharing insights and identifying opportunities to streamline.
